Re: Julian Luckham

Julian has produced advertising material for Light the store, including monthly magazine ads, Yellow Pages ads, brochures, flyers, stationery and business cards.

  We have worked closely with Julian. In many cases, we presented rough ideas to him that he has creatively developed to produce our ads. In other cases, Julian suggested new advertising ideas which we used.

  Over the years, Julian developed a portfolio of our ads which clearly shows the influence of his creativite, technical and persuasive skills on our business.

  We found Julian to be extremely creative by continually suggesting new ways to improve our advertising. Then, Julian always came through with his technical ability to make the ads happen.

  Julian introduced us to new computer techniques which always kept our ads current with the latest designs in contemporary lighting. In his soft, tactful, and persuasive manner, Julian challenged our creativuty by encouraging us to continually keep a fresh focus on our business.

  Julian always worked closely with our employees, gaining their ideas and providing ongoing education.

  In addition to his creativity, Julian has strong technical ability. In many cases, we would briefly discuss a new ad with Julian. Then he would promptly present us with his first draft, which often was the finished product. In other cases, Julian prepared ads for us on his own initaiatve that we immediately accepted because they were excellent.

  We enjoyed working with Julian because he was thoroughly professional. He always provided excellent quality and service in his work. In spite of the short dealines that we frequently requested of him, we knew that whatever it took, Julian would make up for our deficiencies and come through on-time with a quality product.

  Julian's invoicing was organized, and the rates for his services were fair. Because of Julian's talents, we always got more than our money's worth.

  We will sincerely miss Julian's personal contribution to our business. However, in his professional manner, he has ensured that our advertising needs will continue to be met by his associates.
